Great moveable alphabet
"Fast shipping and great quality. I’m noticing that children don’t have as many reversal/wrong letter issues with these letters as with other moveable alphabets with double-sided (upper and lowercase) letters."

Fun & Engaging ActivitiesThe movable alphabet allows young children to build words with letter cards, make lists, and express their ideas in writing all without using a pencil or eraser.
Why pink and blue? This color-coding clarifies the concepts of vowels (blue) and consonants (pink); these are the colors used for the Montessori sandpaper letters. It is meant to be the first alphabet a child uses.
This lower-case pink and blue pre-cursive (also called italic or D'Naelian) alphabet can be paired with a pink fabric pocket chart that folds. This folding design works like a box making it easy for students to carry and access/organize letter cards. Children unfold the pocket chart for use at their work area and fold it for compact, space-saving storage on the work shelf.
The alphabet is designed for early literacy explorations:
• 10 of each consonant
• 20 of each vowel and high-frequency letter (r, s, t, n)
• Cards are approx. 1.25" W x 2" H
• Printed on one-side only to isolate the lower-case letter
• Laminated (food grade) with rounded corners
Available alone or bundled with our Green Phonogram alphabet.
Add the pocket chart for an accessible storage/display solution that is sized perfectly to hold the alphabet letter cards.
• Unfolded size is approx. 16" W x 32" H
• Folded size (on the shelf) is approx. 8" W x 16" H
• Pockets are approx. 2.5" W x 1.75" H
Alphabet lesson plan and instructions on using the pocket chart included. Made in the USA by Maitri Learning.
