Here is an incomplete, ever-evolving list of the scholarship/homeschool information we have so far. We are updating this monthly. We hope it helps and that as you find other possibilities or discover that these have changed, you'll keep us posted so we can keep this updated!
Together, we'll find a way to get through these changing times.
How to Use Your Scholarship Funds for Maitri Materials
Step 1: Verify Eligibility
Check if your state program covers "curriculum," "educational materials," or "homeschool supplies" - most do! Some states also require that Maitri Learning be listed on their approved vendor list (not all states require this). Be sure to verify before you buy!
Step 2: Shop Our Collections
Browse our age-appropriate collections designed for PreK-Elementary students.
Step 3: Purchase & Document
Purchase materials and save receipts. Contact us and we'll issue a revised receipt if your state requires special receipt information (like Student Name). Just tell us what your state needs and we'll send you a custom receipt to make reimbursement easy.
Step 4: Submit for Reimbursement
Follow your program's process - many now offer direct payment options through platforms like ClassWallet.
Direct Payment Programs
We are in the process of being integrated with state scholarship programs. Soon, you'll be able to skip reimbursement in these states and pay directly from your scholarship account:

Also, this was announced by the US Dept of Ed on July 28, 2025:
"A new federal tax credit program for contributions to scholarship granting organizations (SGOs) was included in the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) that President Trump signed into law on July 4, 2025. Individual taxpayers can receive a federal tax credit up to $1,700 per year for a donation to a qualified SGO in a State that chooses to participate in the program. In turn, SGOs make funds available in the form of scholarships for eligible students to pay for tuition and/or other allowable education expenses (see OBBB Section 70411 for specific details and statutory requirements). The U.S. Department of Treasury will administer the program, not the U.S. Department of Education. The tax credit program is applicable to taxable years ending after December 31, 2026."
IMPORTANT: This is an opt-in program - states must choose to participate. Governors must approve scholarship-granting organizations before taxpayers in that state can benefit
