Inspiring young readers to read was never easier than with these 3-part cards. Once students can read basic phonetic words, use these self-correcting 3-part cards to help them stretch into reading non-phonetic words.

Aligned with Science of Reading principles, these cards build reading fluency through repeated, self-correcting practice — strengthening orthographic mapping and vocabulary acquisition at the word level. 

The 3-part format makes reading easy in three simple steps:

1. Students lay out the photo cards.
2. Students read the word labels and match them to the photo cards.
3. Students use the control cards to find (and fix) their mistakes.

The 3-part format is designed for independent reading. Students lay out the photo card, read and match the word labels to the photo cards, and then use the control cards to check their own work.
