Matching Cards
Clear, real, nicely done: these 3¾” x 4¼” photographs spark conversation along with matching
games. Each packet includes 12 photographs with a photo on the front and red on the back and 12
matching cards with a photo on the front and blue on the back (24 cards in each packet). The dots
on the back make it easy to sort into piles. Lay out the red cards face up first and then match the
blue cards. No vocabulary is included on these cards (to avoid distractions for pre-readers) but a
small vocabulary list is included with each packet for teacher reference. Download our free lesson
plans for detailed instructions on how to use these cards.
